STORY TELLING

The competition will be held on:

Ø Day, date  : Thursday,  March 3rd, 2016

Ø Place  : The Hall of SMAN 9 Bandar Lampung

Ø Time  : At 09.00 till finished

The Requirements of Story Telling:

Ø Every participant of Story Telling is a Senior High School student from Lampung Province.

Ø Participants are allowed to prepare their performance at home (including story text, properties, costume, etc.).

Ø None of the participants is allowed to read any story text or keynote when delivering the story.

ØNo foul language and no swearing.

Ø Participants must submit two copies of their story text to the committee when
re-registrating.

Ø The themes: Legend Story.

Competition Rules:

•Participants must come at least 30 minutes before their turn to perform.

•Participants are not allowed to read or bring any story text or keynote when delivering the story.

•Participants may opt to use actions, properties or costumes, at their own expense, to help them bring their story to life.

•All kind of music producing equipment can be used during the performance. If the participant wants to use the audio tools available at the performing area, the participant must confirm it before with the committee.

•The participant before their performance will be called three times based on his/her turn (this is regarded as the first chance). Participant who doesn’t show up after being called three times (first chance) will be put on the last turn (second chance). After the second chance, the participant will be DISQUALIFIED if he/she still doesn’t show up.

•The time given for each participant is at a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 7 minutes. The timekeeper will give the first sign with a GREEN flag when the time is already 5 minutes, the second sign with a YELLOW flag when it’s already 6 minutes, and the last sign with a RED flag when the time reaches 7 minutes or over.

•The scoring system includes General Appearance, Creativity, Language Accuracy, and Performance.
